We have classified various induction furnaces as follows:
1. Induction Melting
Induction melting furnace can adjust the temperature as needed to suit the melting or any usages such as gold, silver, tin, lead, copper, brass, stainless steel, and other metal. B. Heater furnace
Heater furnace is popular in the domestic industry. We will see the application in the metal molding industry.

- Silicon Carbide Heat Element Can Heat Up to 1700 ̊C

C. Gas furnace

Advantages of Induction Furnace
Energy/fuel:

But in the past, the metal casting industry is mostly used for fuel such as furnace oil, diesel, LPG, NGV, and coal, which causes environmental problems and affected humans and nature.
- Electric energy furnaces can be used for money, but the energy from fuel is sometimes incomplete, causing high fuel consumption.
- Induction furnace will not use other fuels to warm or melt metal.
- Induction furnace is at a temperature of 1535 C and the average electric power is 550-650 kwh/ton.
- Able to heat thoroughly at all points around the socket.
- Able to melt metal conveniently and quickly and increase productivity than the fuel-based furnace
Usage:

There is an operating button in the control cabinet, which is easy to see and convenient to use. This control cabinet can be installed in the air-conditioned room to be convenient for the workers and prevent damage to electronic devices.

Able to melt all kinds of metals, but the time may not be equal because it depends on the electrical resistance and the melting point of each metal.

The furnace has a Control 1 SET cabinet, but there is a coil set for 2 coils (2 furnaces). It can be switched and does not affect the furnace's repair.
